Sapore Vero Crystal Palace

The third unit we have designed for Sapore Vero, as they spread their empire across South East London!  

Three tiny units knocked together to form one, ever so slightly larger unit, was as always a challenge to maximise covers whilst still having enough operational space.  The pizza oven as ever, needed to be centre stage!

With a deign brief to be more sophisticated in style from the previous rough and rustic designs, a concept was developed with a more grown up feel, utilising timber panelled wall details, dark rich colours and woods set against classic furniture.  

The addition of a cool external terrace not only increased covers, but also creates visual impact on a very busy junction, right opposite Crystal Palace Park.
