A brand new concept development for Town Centre Restaurants, Italian Kitchen is a fast casual concept located within the food court of Brighton’s main Shopping Centre.

Given a brief to create a fresh, bright and colourful concept that would appeal to a large cross section of customers - from students to OAP’s - whilst also fitting within a challenging shaped unit, a clever approach to the layout created a distinct style, which in turn allowed bold detailing to create maximum impact.

Tulip wood cladding gives a unique grained finish. Colourful patterns, distinctive over table floor lamps, and a stylish mix of bench seating and modern furniture, addresses the clients requirements and creates a style that can be developed easily for future roll out potential.
