The latest unit designed for Grabthai. Having worked with them for nearly 10 years on various projects, Fleet Street looks like no other. With a brief to create a more sophisticated and warmer feel to the design, thus moving away from the rustic and crisp designs of previous units, we introduced a lot of oak cladding to both walls and counters. 

With self order being a large part of the concept, the angled feature walls to the order stations create impact for each point, whilst forming a strong design identity. Simple but really effective. Subtle Thai design clues are used with square edge herringbone tiling to replicate basket weave patterns which is mixed with the bold colour palette for the branding messages and shopfront design.
